Grand Rapids, September 16- Eastbrook Homes, a Michigan new home and community builder, today announced “Good News” in the housing market.  Eastbrook Homes has seen increased activity at a number of their West Michigan and Lansing communities.

On August 20, 2009 Eastbrook hosted a “Sneak Peek” pre- grand opening event at the Cottages of Cook’s Crossing in Byron Center schools.  Not only did a record number of people attend the event, but both homes have been sold long prior to completion.

West Hamptons located in the Forest Hills school district is another example.  The community will officially kick off their Grand Opening on Thursday, September 24th.  Sales activity in this community has been brisk even prior to grand opening.  West Hamptons has seen 6 sales in the very short time Eastbrook Homes has been involved in the community.
