Eastbrook Homes introduces “Why rent, when you can buy?”
Seminar offering renter’s access to home buying knowledge by local experts
Grand Rapids, April 7, 2009 – Eastbrook Homes, a Michigan home and community builder, today announced a seminar designed to help make home buying information more accessible to first time home buyers. This seminar will be co-hosted by the experts from Bank of America, one of America’s premier banks & lenders and Eastbrook Homes, Michigan’s leading Energy Star ® Builder.
“With the addition of the Government stimulus, for first time home buyers, and historically low interest rates, there is a lot of incentive for those currently renting “to buy now.” Eastbrook Homes also has created stimulus programs of its own to make purchasing a home even more attractive. Programs include: an interest rate buy down program to 4.25%, an $8,000 stimulus match program, and a Safety Net Program to assist in lease buyout situations. “We wanted to have experts in one place so their home building questions could be answered easily and accurately.” said Bob Sorensen, Eastbrook Homes.
To attend the Tuesday, April 14 seminar, call the Hathaway Lakes sales office (616) 296-1134 or visit the Eastbrook Homes website for more information. www.eastbrookhomes.com
