Nunica, Michigan - (January 3oth, 2009)  Eastbrook Homes, Michigan’s largest energy star home builder, will officially open the Hathaway Lakes community clubhouse with a grand opening party and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, February 5, 2009 from 3:30 – 6:00 pm. 
Mick McGraw of Eastbrook homes along with the Grand Haven Chamber of commerce, and other dignitaries, will preside over the festivities.

Just one of the many amenities that help define Hathaway lakes will be the clubhouse.    This facility is available for use by all residents.  The clubhouse can be rented for special occasions.  Included are a large gathering great room, kitchen and State of the art exercise room.
An outdoor pool is scheduled to begin construction, spring 2009.
Hathaway Lakes is a planned community located just north of M-104 between Spring lake and Nunica.
When complete the community will feature over 500 single family homes and condominiums.  Hathaway Lakes also features multiple ponds, a community park and gazebo. In the future, Hathaway Lakes will have a connection to the Ottawa Kent trail system.
