Construction begins at Lincoln Pines! via Michael Kranz of MLive GRAND HAVEN TWP., MI -- Although a new housing development in the 14800 block of Lincoln Street won't have any completed homes by year's end, a handful have already sold. Bob Sorensen, vice president of sales and marketing for Eastbrook Homes, said a couple buyers have purchased houses to be constructed in the 99-lot, single-family home subdivision called "Lincoln Pines." The cost of homes in Lincoln Pines, Sorensen said, range from the upper-$200,000's to a little more than $400,000, depending on the model and the plot. Mick McGraw, President and CEO of Grand Rapids-based Eastbrook Homes, was enshrined in the Michigan Construction Hall of Fame as a Distinguished Constructor at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan on October 27th. McGraw took a small West Michigan business and built it into one of the country’s largest privately-held home building companies.
