Mick McGraw

CEO

As CEO of Eastbrook Homes since 1994, Mick introduced the concept of Master Planned Communities to Western Michigan. Mick has the vision for crafting entire communities from the ground up- and the acumen to make it happen. Mick received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene College, Kankakee, Illinois. From 1973-1978 Mick held posts as Vice President of two Subsidiaries of Union Bank and Trust as well as the parent bank. In 1978, he joined Eastbrook Development Company, becoming President and Eastbrook Builders (now Eastbrook Homes) in 1986.

Mick sits on the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Board, Mel Trotter cabinet council, Olivet Nazarene University Foundation and President of the Board at Wedgwood Christian Foundation.

Bob Sorensen

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Bob Sorensen oversees Eastbrook Homes sales and marketing operations for West Michigan and Alabama. Bob was previously the Director of Sales and Marketing Root Lowel and Director of Marketing for Brooks shoes-Wolverine Worldwide. Bob enjoys the constant learning and improvement the new home building business requires. Bob earned his B.A. from Aquinas College. Bob’s interests range from gentleman farming to golf.

Presently Bob is the Board President at Eagle Crest Charter Academy, Junior Achievement, Member Muskegon Chamber of Commerce and Member of the Muskegon & Grand Rapids Home Builders Association.

Mike McGraw

Lansing, MI Division Manager / Purchasing

Michael joined the Eastbrook team in 2006 as no stranger to the homebuilding business. Michael earned his B.A. in Business Administration / minor in Economics from Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego, CA. “Nothing gives me more satisfaction than seeing families playing and enjoying themselves in one of our neighborhoods.”

Growing up in the new home building business, Michael brings a fresh perspective to daily activities in West Michigan and Lansing. Michael is a member of the Land Development Committee for the local Grand Rapids Home builders Association.

When not busy at Eastbrook Michael enjoys spending time with his family and loves surfing on Lake Michigan.

Mark Woudstra, CPA

CFO

Since joining Eastbrook Homes in 2006, Mark lends his professional experience managing and directing the financial activities of Eastbrook Homes. Mark earned his B.A. in Business from Lake Forest College and M.S. in Accounting from DePaul University Graduate School of business.

Mark enjoys his Eastbrook team of co-workers and considers himself lucky to be a part of a great team working along side dedicated and bright people. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and is an active youth soccer coach.

Kathleen Adams, J.D.

Closing Manager

Closing Manager, Kathleen Adams joined Eastbrook Homes in 1990. Kathleen’s responsibilities include working with lenders to insure smooth customer closings, Human Resources and day to day operation of the corporate office. Kathleen is on the Board of Directors and assists with the management of several condominium and homeowner associations.

Kathleen graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law. Along with a law degree Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Kathleen began her career at a local law firm, but enjoys the day to day challenges the Real Estate market brings. When outside the office, you’ll find Kathleen attending yoga classes. Kathleen has two grown children, and a faithful dog Annie.

Brad Mooney

Vice President of Operations

Brad Mooney joined Eastbrook Homes in 1990 as a construction superintendent. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Brad oversees daily construction activities, superintendents and trade partners. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Brad is driven by the need to know if something is possible and loves seeing homeowner’s realize their new home dreams. Brad’s secret to his success is hard work and dedication to get the job done. In his spare time, Brad enjoys kayaking, fishing and grilling steak for his wife and 2 daughters.

James Stortz

Director of Architecture

Jim joined the Eastbrook in 1993 and has been designing innovative homes with cutting edge features ever since.
Jim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cornerstone University and also earned a certificate in urban development. Jim’s greatest passion is being presented with a need and creating a home or design that fits it perfectly.

When Jim’s not busy designing new homes, you can find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife and daughter.

Tim Dickinson

Information Technology Director

Tim joined the Eastbrook team in 1995.  He began his career with a dual-major degree in Accounting and Business Management but began working in the IT field of a public accounting firm.  Tim heads up the IT department at Eastbrook including network administration, web design and application development.

Tim spends his spare time with his wife and four children.  He is very involved in various ministries and enjoys photography, music, camping and reading.
